Visiting Hours
General Wards:
Morning: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Evening: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Max 2 visitors per patient
ICU/CCU:
Morning: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Evening: 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Only 1 visitor per patient
General Guidelines
All visitors must obtain a visitor pass from the reception desk
Please limit visitors to 2 per patient at any given time
Visitors under 12 years are not permitted in patient care areas
Visitors must maintain quiet and avoid causing disturbances
Use of mobile phones is prohibited in ICU, CCU, and critical care areas
Visitors should not sit or lie on patient beds
Please respect patient privacy and knock before entering rooms
Health & Safety Protocols
Sanitize hands before and after visiting using provided stations
Wear masks properly covering nose and mouth at all times
Visitors with fever, cough, cold or any contagious illness should not visit
Follow respiratory etiquette - cover mouth when coughing/sneezing
Maintain physical distance from other visitors and staff
Do not bring flowers or food without consulting nursing staff
Prohibited Items & Actions
Smoking, alcohol, and tobacco products are strictly prohibited
No outside food without doctor's permission
Photography and video recording are not allowed
Do not bring valuables for patients
No weapons or hazardous materials permitted
Do not interfere with medical equipment or treatment
Emergency & Special Situations
In case of emergency, follow staff instructions immediately
Special visiting arrangements can be made for critically ill patients
Maternity ward visitors limited to spouse and parents only
NICU visitors limited to parents with proper identification
Visiting restrictions may apply during infection outbreaks
Security personnel have authority to enforce guidelines
